One year ago this month, BCCers began moving into our then still-technically-under-construction building. Move-ins continued for the next couple of months.
To keep the chaos to a minimum, the Moving In team coordinated one move for the morning and one for the afternoon, to keep the hallways free and the elevator available. Those swimming pool tubes you see in the grocery store were bisected and taped around doorways and corners to protect the drywall from accidental collisions with boxes, carts, and handtrucks.
You can relive those thrilling days of yesteryear by searching for blog posts from that bygone era -- it seems both a long time ago and only last week -- or by viewing this ~3-minute slideshow.
