Winter Scenes 2026
While Durham NC was directly in the path of the recent ice/snow "event", we were lucky enough to receive mostly sleet rather than freezing rain. So, instead of experiencing a power outage, Bull City Commons emerged from hibernation with only one burst pipe and a lot of gratitude. Before it all started to melt away, our Intrepid Reporter crunched through the snow and ice to take some pictures for the scrapbook.

Christmas 2025 Scrapbook
December was a busy month for us with prepping the garden for winter, wreath-making, and community dinners to light the dark wintry season. Wreaths BCC's tradition of handmade wreaths continued again this year, with the welcome addition this year of hot spiced cider. As Teri said in her thank you to the organizers, "They make it so easy for the least crafty and artistic of us to be able to make beautiful things out of nature."
