I love "lessons learned" stories, and this is an upbeat brief story of six Wellington, New Zealand friends joining forces to build a set of flats with some communal spaces. Some of their experiences mirror ours: learning about construction and zoning regulations, financing, etc. BTW, 90 square meters=~970 square feet.
