Cider Press
Lauree's son Robert brought a cider press to the driveway; she invited the community to help turn the crank and build upper body strength, and also take home some scrumptious sweet cider. Click to expand the photos.
And here's some more CiderCam footage: Joel keeps the press steady, Jeri throws in one apple at a time, Hans gets his workout. The pulp and juice fall into the bucket, whose contents are compressed further to squeeze out that lovely juice.
