Welcome to
Bull City Commons Cohousing

We are reinventing the way we live by self-developing a new urban cohousing community in Durham that will provide community, social connection, and a sense of belonging

while still maintaining privacy and individuality.

We are excited about our 5-story building (currently under construction) with 23 private condo homes and shared spaces designed to foster connection.

We are currently sold out; however, we are creating an interested buyers list

in the event a unit becomes available.  Contact us to learn more!

Why Our Community?

Our location offers the best of Durham’s vibrant urban scene and a beautiful natural setting. Think: music, dance, theater, and film festivals. Award-winning restaurants. Craft breweries and distilleries. Two universities and a world-class medical center. Walk to groceries, coffee shops, bookstores, and specialty shops. Meander through 55 acres of botanical gardens. Bike and hike on miles of wooded trails, or kayak along the Eno River. Durham has it all.

At Bull City Commons, we can truly be ourselves in this diverse and welcoming mid-sized city full of history, culture, and charming neighborhoods.

What Do Our Members Say?

Maria's Testimonial

By self-developing our community, we are able to build our new homes at cost.  This allows me to save more of my nest-egg to travel and spoil my dog!
